习近平法治思想领航中国之治取得一系列重大成就，展示了磅礴的实践伟力。习近平法治思想的实践伟力，具体体现为政治定力、战略引领力、实干推动力、风险挑战应对力四个维度及其实践机制。在政治定力维度，习近平法治思想深刻阐明了全面依法治国的政治方向、根本立场、正确道路、制度依据等一系列问题，起到了举旗定向的作用。在战略引领力维度，习近平法治思想引领新时代法治中国建设、促进全过程人民民主发展、推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化、推动高质量发展和全体人民共同富裕、推进全球治理体系合理公正变革，统揽中国式法治现代化的战略全局和时代走向。在实干推动力维度，习近平法治思想提供了法治中国建设的总蓝图和施工图，建立并完善推动法治实干的一系列体制机制，开创了全面依法治国的新局面。在风险挑战应对力维度，习近平法治思想提供了一套科学系统的原则方法，是依法防范化解各类风险挑战的基本遵循，指引各类重大斗争取得胜利。
英文摘要：
Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law has obtained a series of significant achievements in guiding the governance of China, demonstrating its great practical power, which is embodied in four dimensions, namely, political determination, strategic leadership, practical driving force, and the ability to cope with risks and challenges. In the dimension of political determination, Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law plays the role of the guiding principle in comprehensive law-based governance by clarifying in a profound way a series of issues such as the political direction, fundamental position, correct path, and the institutional basis of governance. In the dimension of strategic leadership, Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law leads the construction of the rule of law in China, promotes the development of the whole-process people’s democracy, the modernization of the state governance system and capacity, the realization of high-quality development and common prosperity of all people, and the reasonable and fair reform of the global governance system, and takes overall control over the strategy and the trend of development of the Chinese-style modernization of the rule of law. In the dimension of practical driving force, Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law provides the general blueprint and detailed plan for the construction of the rule of law in China, establishes and improves a series of systems to promote the rule of law practice, and creates a new situation of the comprehensive law-based governance. And in the dimension of the ability to cope with risks and challenges, Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law provides a set of scientific and systematic principles and methods, which are the basic principles to prevent and resolve all kinds of risks in accordance with law, and guides all kinds of major struggles to ensure their victories.
